The Actuarial Society Development Trust supports actuarial education and research in South Africa, by providing university grants and bursaries to worthy students.

New 2019 Curriculum Structure
In line with IAA's new curriculum structure for 2019, ASSA appointed a task team to invetisgate and make proposals on an ASSA 2019 curriculum that were debated and approved by the Education Board in May 2017.

ASSA Academic Qualifiers: 3 February 2017

We are pleased to announce the names of the candidates who have completed all of Parts A1, A2, A3, F1 and F2, as well as the required professional subjects i.e. Normative Skills A400 Core App or A401 and A402 for Transitional candidates of the Actuarial Society of South Africa’s qualification.
